SmartHub Payments Temporarily Unavailable
December 2025
As we head into a busy holiday season, we want to ensure all BEK customers are aware of an important upcoming system change. The software we use to securely manage customer information and complete monthly billing is receiving a major upgrade. This improvement will strengthen reliability, streamline internal processes, and help us continue delivering the high-quality service you count on every day.
Because of this upgrade, SmartHub, our online customer portal, will be temporarily unavailable through December 8. During this short window, users will not be able to submit online payments, view billing statements, or adjust payment methods inside SmartHub.
If you are enrolled in AutoPay, your payment will still be processed as normal during the upgrade. There is no need to take any action or worry about delays. Only access to the SmartHub portal will be unavailable; your scheduled AutoPay payment will not be affected.
Your service will not be impacted, and if you are not enrolled in AutoPay, you will still have several easy options for making a payment during the upgrade week. Users may:
- Mail a payment to BEK Communications Cooperative.
- Drop off a payment at any BEK office location.
- Call our team for assistance during regular business hours.
We appreciate your patience as we complete this important system enhancement. Upgrades like this ensure BEK continues to provide dependable, modern tools for our members.
